Group Class

Group classes, also known as the WOD class, or “workout of the day”, is our most popular, award winning program. Anyone can put together a workout that makes you sweat but it takes a true understanding of the principles of strength and conditioning to be able to deliver results, month after month and year after year. This is where we excel and why we are so popular. Our top notch trainers will guide you through a 60 minute workout consisting of warm-up, skill, strength and conditioning exercises, in a motivating, controlled, and safe environment. Come make new friends! All skills and athletic abilities are welcome. To enter this class you must have either graduated from our personal training program, SLC Foundations, or have prior CrossFit experience. No experience? No problem. Just sign up for our Foundations program below.


Personal Training

We offer one on one, two on one, and small group sessions. Whether you’re looking for personalized instruction on weight-loss, muscle-gain, gymnastics, olympic lifting, or sports performance, our coaches are nationally recognized.


12 Week Challenge

If you’re looking to make a change, this program is without a doubt, our most successful program. Over the last 16 years we’ve learned exactly what it takes to change someone’s body and mind. This program takes a long term approach to diet and exercise, providing continued accountability and direction. No fancy, unsustainable diets. We teach you how to eat and exercise for your body and your goals. You will be amazed at the results.
